Tour - Prepare

The first step is to enter all the relevant business data before you can start executing work orders. We have divided this data into 3 parts as described below.


Enter Your Business Items

Once you login into Atduty Control Panel for the first time, you will need to setup certain categories, common-use items, service items and inventory part list along with your customers and resources. Using Atduty Settings Panel you can enter your Inventory item list, Non-inventory items list, Service items and Other charges.
You can also maintain certain categories for organizing your data. In addition, you can also add common use lists such as your tax codes, tax items, payment methods and payment terms.
If you have any such data already in your QuickBooks you can import them by switching on the syncing option within Atduty. See below on how to do that.

Tour - Engage

After you have entered initial set of data, you are ready to execute work orders and invoices. You can also execute service contracts for recurring work orders and preventive maintenance. Your field workers can clock in/out using wireless timecards and you can manage their submissions using Timecard panel.

Tour - Monitor

With Atduty you can control the pulse of your business in the field. Atduty provides various means for you to monitor your business activities such as feature rich maps, drag-n-drop scheduler and dynamic business reports.
