Works with QuickBooks

Atduty web app is cloud based so it takes the IT headache out of your daily operation.
It does not require any software installation.
Your data is securely backed up online.
You can access your Atduty data from any PC with just a browser and an internet connection.

1-Click Work orders

No double data entry. Create a work order from your QuickBooks estimate with just a single click.
Alternatively, use a simple form to create and dispatch a work order on-the-fly.

Graphical view with a drag-and-drop scheduler

View all work orders scheduled for a day or a week.
Reassign and reschedule using a drag-and-drop scheduler or just mark as unplanned.

Instantly generated invoices

Atduty automatically generates an invoice upon work order completion and sends them to QuickBooks.
Payments received in QuickBooks are automatically synced within Atduty.

Atduty On-The-Go

Built-in security allows an employee to only view and update her work orders.
Automatically tracks the job time from drive to finish for later approval by the office manager.
Add company QuickBooks inventory and non inventory items to the work order.

    @Samantha,
    You can navigate to a work order by tapping it from the list. Within work order you will see a bunch of buttons at the bottom. One of them says "Signature capture". Tap it and navigate to Signature capture screen. Your customer can sign the merchandise with a finger and tap "Done" from the menu.

    You can see the captured signature back in Atduty web application. Click on the work order from the work order panel list and it will show you a pop up with work order details. Customer signature should be right at the bottom.

    Is a work order the same as a purchase order in quickbooks? And if not, is there an app that has the capability to create a purchase order, bill and invoice?

      @Jason,

      Generally, a customer purchase order is different that a work order. But it really depends on what business you are in.
      Usually, people create work orders from some information from purchase orders and estimates (again depending on your business), then add information about a job that needs to be performed at a customer location and then schedule / dispatch it.

      You can contact our support to talk about your specific situation.

    I have long running projects at customer sites ... some of them running longer than a year. Does your app handle this situation?

      Yes it does.
      You can create a work order that can run for the duration of your project.
      Then use our Timecard module to capture time for each job code. Your time entries are also pushed to QB.
      Now when your project is over, you can end the job on your device. This will mark the work order as completed and will generate a related invoice that is also pushed to your QB.
      Within QB, you can add those time entries as time and material to this invoice.

    We service properties under 1-3 year contracts at 3-12x/yr. how des this app manage this type of PM service contract? Does it apply any kind of intelligent scheduling, be it determining best time available and by location region? We service multiple states and require scheduling and routing by property location.
