What is Atduty application?
Atduty application is a web-based Field Service management application for small businesses. Atduty Control Panel has all the modules required to manage your field service operations such as creating a work order. Atduty Mobile application is a native mobile application installed by field workers. It connects to the company account within the Atduty application so that the back office people can engage with their field force in real time.
Do I need to have Quickbooks to use Atduty application?
No. Using Quickbooks is optional and not a requirement. You have all the features of the application available with or without Quickbooks.
Can I connect my Quickbooks to my Atduty account later?
Yes. You can connect your Quickbooks account at any time. But once your account is connected to your Quickbooks it should not be changed later to avoid data corruption. It is highly recommended to connect your Quickbooks before you start entering data in your Atduty account to avoid double entries.
What is Native connectivity to Quickbooks?
It means that you do not have to install any software to connect Atduty application with your Quickbooks. All this is handled by Atduty and Intuit Appcenter in the background using cloud services.
What version of Quickbooks do you support?
We support all the Desktop versions supported by Intuit Appcenter via the Intuit Sync Manager. Support for Quickbooks Online is coming soon.
What is the hype about cloud application? Why is it better than the installed application?
Cloud applications are very well suited for small businesses and come with many inherent benefits. Some of those are:

By definition, Cloud infrastructure is highly scalable. That means if your business grows you do not have to worry about adding new hardware to support it. It is all handled in the background by cloud infrastructure provider such as Google to provide you with the best experience at all the times. This is not the case with hosted or installed applications.

Is my data secured with you? Do you backup my data?
Atduty application runs on the cloud backed by Google’s infrastructure where Google runs it’s own applications. It is highly secure and provides various countermeasures to Atduty for keeping your information safe from virus attacks, DoS attacks and many other attacks. In addition, we use highly secure SSL 256 bit encryption for all communication including mobile devices.
Since being a cloud application your data is automatically backed up in various data centers that are geographically dispersed that highly mitigates the risk of data loss.
In addition, Atduty believes in transparency and provides ways for you to keep manual backups of most of your business data such as uploading to Google docs and printing.
What mobile devices do you support?
Currently we support iPhone and iPad with iOS6 and above. We also support smart phones with Android 2.1 OS and up. What application level support do you provide?
We have plenty of resources available for you at your disposal such as a quick tour about our product to get you started; our blogs about latest features, articles and tips. You can also contact us during normal business hours via live online chat, phone and email.

How do I subscribe?
Currently you need to have an account on http://appcenter.intuit.com and if you do not have one, you can create one for free. Then click on the Login link on our website or search for Atduty Field Service application. From there you can select a free trial or buy the package that best suits your business need.
Do you process my credit card?
Currently, all billing is handled by Intuit via the App Center website. All billing related questions should be directed to Intuit App Center team including refunds.
Is there any contract to sign up?
No. All plans are month to month and you can cancel at any time. See Intuit App Center terms for detail about billing.
