Slice and dice data with Atduty Reports
Atduty Reports provide powerful reporting features to monitor the pulse of your business. It provides both tabular and chart view for maximum visibility. You can also group by other columns in a report to get a custom view.
Click on the Reports icon then Select Report. Reports are categorized into categories such as Customers, Resources and Tracking.
After selecting a report you can select the date range by selecting Apply filter then selecting pre-defined range under Date Filter drop down. Alternatively, you can enter a custom date range. Also, you can restrict to show only those records that were captured within your business hours.

You can also group the report by any supported field. Click on the drop down of any report column and if you see “Group By This Field” item, click it to group the report by that column. Note that not all columns support grouping.
In addition to tabular report format you can also have a pie chart view by click Chart View button at the top
As with any other grid, you can print your report or export it to your Google Docs account where you can convert to Excel / PDF, email to anyone, reformat the layout and even collaborate in real time with your team members.
