Uploading data to Google Docs

Atduty Control Panel allows you to export literally any grid data and invoices to your Google Docs account. Once data is uploaded you use any Google Docs feature on it such as converting to Excel / PDF, email to employees / team / customers, and collaborate in real time with your team members and more. Before you begin you will need to sign up with Google Docs and have an account ready.

  • After your Google docs account is ready you can click on Atduty Settings icon, and then navigate to Account information à Company information.
  • Click on the link to Google Account that will say “Not Authorized”. You will be redirected to your Google Docs account where you need to sign in with your Google credentials and provide authorization to Atduty application.
  • Once you authorize then close that window. Now you should see “Authorized” next to Google Account.
  • You are ready to export data. When you click on any Control Panel icon, you will notice a small disk icon on top of each grid. When you click that your grid data will be automatically exported to your Google Docs account.
